  5.   This window includes all flags. You will have to select \
  6. the flag to modify in the list on the left, then make the \
  7. selection on the right side of the window. The title gives \
  8. you the name of the currently modified flag.
  9.  
  10.   Depending upon your selection, some comments may appear. \
  11. Comments give a complete information for beginners. Those \
  12. will be increased in the future. If more information is \
  13. needed, the 'Information' window can be used for this \
  14. purpose. If you are not sure about a selection, you \
  15. may keep the 'Verify' window open, it will automatically \
  16. be refreshed with each new choice and it directly gives \
  17. you a list of your 'mistakes'.
  18.  
  19.   The check boxes present on the right side of the window \
  20. will be enable when needed. It's not possible to unselect \
  21. all of them at a time. You will quickly see that some \
  22. choices are not possible, you cannot ask to link in mode \
  23. DICE and SLINK at the same time!
  24.  
  25.   The edit box is needed for many flags which need \
  26. a more complex choice. The startup label has to be \
  27. defined by you, like the offset value if you want to \
  28. specify it.

  30.   Be careful! If you want to select a default state, \
  31. you MUST select that state first and make your modifications \
  32. after.
